Bryant Learning Group was established to provide schools, educators, and organizations with experienced, thoughtful, and practical educational consulting.
Our work begins with a commitment to listen carefully before recommending solutions. We believe effective consulting respects the expertise already present within an organization while providing the perspective, research, and experience necessary to see possibilities that may not always be apparent from within.
Whether the need involves curriculum, instruction, professional learning, leadership, strategic planning, or organizational development, our goal remains the same: help good people do good work even better.
Bruce Bryant, Ed.D.
Founder & Principal Consultant
Dr. Bruce Bryant brings more than three decades of experience in education to his work as founder and principal consultant of Bryant Learning Group.
His career has included classroom teaching, educational leadership, curriculum and instructional development, secondary and college-level instruction, and extensive work in English language arts, composition, and literacy. He holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and has spent his career working with students, teachers, administrators, and educational communities.
His approach to consulting reflects the perspective of someone who understands education from the inside. He believes recommendations should be academically sound, practically achievable, and responsive to the people who will ultimately carry them out.
After more than thirty years as an educator, Dr. Bryant established Bryant Learning Group as an opportunity to continue the work that has defined his career: helping people learn, helping educators grow, and helping organizations become stronger.
LISTEN.
Before recommending change, we seek to understand the organization, its people, and its circumstances.
EXAMINE.
We consider available information, research, existing practices, and the perspectives of those involved.
COLLABORATE.
Sustainable improvement is rarely something done to an organization. We believe it should be developed with the people who know it best.
BUILD.
The goal is not simply a recommendation or a report. The goal is stronger practice and increased capacity that remain after the consultation ends.
Experience provides perspective.
Insight turns experience and information into understanding.
Excellence remains the standard toward which the work is directed.
